Learn to Square/Round Dance with the
Canyon County Stars.
No previous experience required. Everyone's welcome: solos, couples, and families. No partner needed, however we encourage dancers to register as a couple to assure they get the most floor time.
Wear comfortable shoes and casual attire.
Canyon County Stars next Square Dance Class is TBA, Price is $TBA/per adult and $TBA/per child. Please arrive early to check in as class begins promptly at 7:00 pm and ends at 8:30 pm. Dance instruction is presented by a caller, TBA, an experienced dance teacher.
Dance instruction is presented by an experienced dance teacher with modern music and is presented at a pace which allows as much movement and dancing as possible. "Learning by doing" is the optimal method of learning to Square Dance. The learning of moves is progressive, so it is important that dancers attend as many classes as possible to keep up with the program. When dancers graduate, they will know all 68 moves used by mainstream square dancers around the world.
